The VitaClay VM7900 Smart Organic Multi-Cooker provides full flavor and maximum nutrition from foods.

Due to the porosity of the clay pot means the moisture and heat circulate throughout the pot while cooking. Because clay is naturally alkaline, it reacts with acidity in food to neutralize pH balance. Food cooked in clay pots has a more robust taste with authentic flavor and texture.

The Zisha clay is natural and unglazed. Food is always free from non-stick glazes and coatings, lead, and aluminum. Thus, foods cooked in the VitaClay VM7900 Smart Organic Multi-Cooker are healthier and better for you.

The clay pot also heats up faster. It brings liquids to a boil four times faster than conventional slow cookers. It’s smart technology automatically reduces the heat to simmer for the correct time.

An airtight dual lid enhances flavors and preserves valuable nutrients, enzymes, and vitamins.

This is clay pot cooking at its best. Electric heating, computerized time and temperature controls take the guesswork out of cooking while the advantages of cooking in a clay pot take care of the flavor, texture, and nutrient value.

The VitaClay VM7900 Smart Organic Multi-Cooker hs 7 pre-programmed function settings:

  1. Very informative article! I’ve had my eyes on the Instant Pot for quite some time now, but this seems like an even healthier alternative. I’m not sure how much time it would take to do all of the extra things like soaking it beforehand, cleaning it after it’s cool, or even storing it since its fragile. What are your thoughts on this? The reason I’m interested in the instant pot is for the time savings. Do you think the time savings would be sacrificed a lot because of the extra maintenance requirements?

    1. Hi Tiffany,

Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comments and great questions. It doesn’t take a lot of extra time to use the clay pot, it’s more about the careful handling. Soaking it beforehand can be done while you are gathering and preparing the ingredients, cleaning after it’s cool takes the same time as the instant pot insert just that you can’t use the dishwasher. The clay pot is an insert that goes inside the heating unit where it can be safely stored.

In terms of time savings, the VitaClay VM7900 Smart Organic Multi-Cooker heats up faster and because the steam surrounds the food it cooks faster than the instant pot.
